Hubertus & Berkhoff, De Culinaire Vakschool, zit in een modern schoolgebouw op de Zuidas in Amsterdam. Leerlingen gaan aan de slag met alle richtingen van het HBR-profiel: Horeca, Brood & Banket en Recreatie. Onze school heeft bakkerijen, keukens, een eigen lesrestaurant en een Grand Café waar leerlingen kunnen oefenen in de praktijk. Het restaurant en Grand Café zijn toegankelijk voor gasten van buiten de school. Onze kook-, bak- en serveerlessen zijn gericht op zelfstandig functioneren en ouderwets vakmanschap. Gedrag, inzet en motivatie zijn erg belangrijk. Verder staat individuele aandacht centraal. Wij bieden vmbo-basis, -kader en -gemengd aan. Bij de kaderberoepsgerichte leerweg kun je ook kiezen voor tweetalig onderwijs (TTO). De gemengde leerweg is een programma met theorievakken op vmbo-t-niveau en met praktijkvakken. Van onze leerlingen stroomt 95% door naar het mbo. Kom ook naar de lekkerste school van Nederland!
