Basisschool Sint Henricus is al meer dan vijftig jaar een begrip in Amsterdam Nieuw West. Onze school staat voor kwalitatief goed onderwijs met veel aandacht voor taal en rekenen. Beide zijn onmisbaar voor een succesvolle schoolcarrière. Uiteraard is er ook aandacht voor andere vakken, zoals aardrijkskunde, geschiedenis, muziek, gymnastiek en handvaardigheid. Naast leren is buitenspelen ook belangrijk voor onze leerlingen. Dat kan sinds de zomer van 2005 in Nederlands eerste Zoneparc, een speelplaats verdeeld in drie zones waar gesport, gespeeld en ‘gechilled’ kan worden. Een school die al meer dan vijftig jaar streeft naar kwaliteit, zonder ouderwets te zijn!
