My child has special needs; do I receive priority?
Special needs are not grounds for priority. You must follow the application and enrolment procedure described here. From the moment that your child is enrolled at school, the school has ten weeks to organise the necessary teaching or to ensure that your child can receive this at a different school. The school must do so in order to comply with the Special Needs Education Act.
